Damon Trumper

Damon grew up in New Zealand, where sport and fitness were a huge part of his life from a young age. He played just about every sport you can think of, loving the competition and the challenge.  

Over time, that passion evolved into a love for working out and pushing his body to its absolute limits in the gym. Damon quickly realised he wanted to help others discover what they’re capable of too. After gaining his personal training qualifications, he’s dedicated himself to coaching others — whether it’s building strength, improving fitness, or simply finding that extra gear they didn’t know they had. Damon’s energy and drive are contagious, and he’s just getting started.

“Training isn’t just about lifting weights or chasing numbers. For me, it’s about building confidence, having fun, and making sure every person leaves feeling stronger and happier than when they arrived.”

“I believe staying active is key to living well. My goal is to help people move better and feel stronger in everything they do — inside and outside the gym.

“My priority is making sure the gym is a place where you challenge yourself, push your limits, but also enjoy the process. Training should be something you look forward to — not something you dread.”

Favourite way to spend his spare time:
In the water. I just love being in the sea – swimming, surfing and paddleboarding with my family.

Sandwiches. I will put anything and everything in them.

Basketball players celebrations.
