We believe that the best piece of gym equipment at your disposal is your own body. Learning how to use it properly, how to strengthen and stretch safely and, crucially, how to look after it properly when you’re not in the gym, are the keys to unlocking your body’s potential. We are all about getting you stronger, more mobile, injury-free, and in the best possible shape to achieve your goals.
Our big open space is multi-functional and super social. At any one time, you will find a number of classes and sessions on the go, so expect a real buzz and atmosphere when you come to train with us. We don’t do egos. Please don’t worry about not fitting in; we promise you will – everyone has a place here.
As well as a wide range of classes and 1-2-1 personal training sessions that require just our ‘body weight’, we continue our functional approach when it comes to our equipment. We have a full suite of strength-based equipment, our ‘Concept 2’ cardiovascular range, battle ropes and our awesome 10m run track which doubles up as a runway for our new prowler sled. Let’s also not forget about plyometrics. There is ample opportunity for jumping around on our platform, studio floor and boxes.
